Entirely just Tom Fulp's personal preference.

It's not a personal thing. Sometimes he misses things.
It's probably not best to ask him to front page it yourself. But it does have a high score, so, if you want (some people don't want front page due to it hurting your score), I can e-mail him about it. It's most likely he didn't have room for it at the time or overlooked it or something.

We cant 'suggest' things to frontpage. And you are begging. ;)

However, if it helps, there are topics in the Clubs n Crews section of the craptastic forums here that are specifically for people to review things that have been looked over.

After awhile though, being on the frontpage loses its sparkle, though.
I actually dread getting on the frontpage cause it means so many reviews (usually dumb reviews) that one has to shift through and answer.

Getting a Daily 1st is usually your best bet for getting frontpaged. Basically every Daily 1st gets up there eventually.

I'm 100 % sure it gets frontpaged soon. There is no sense to frontpage submission for few hours and then replace it with something. Just wait and see. :)

It isn't an instant thing to be front paged MOST OF THE TIME. Its true that the second chapter is better in every way, but it lost the silly aspect, which might have been what Tom Fulp liked about it.

I just think that Tom and everybody else at the office go through everything thats released everyday and just filter everything, like say, this goes on Front Page and this doesn't. OR, it's all based on the score that we leave.

Otherwise, my comment on it was probably that there were too many bugs upon release that it just held it back from front page-dom. Who knows, really? I mean, I'm an idiot, and I don't really know how things work.

Well some people do get front page, but it all depends on what kind of movie you do and it depends on tom fulp and the people to decide. but i don't know, i played mardek 1 so, WHOA i did not see mardek 2 come out, i'm glad you had that out!

It's on the front page now, and personally I think it is because the one's resposible for it didn't read this question, because it's a bit on the begging side...

I have no idea why the hell it wasn't featured - it was amazing. I just finished it after about ten hours gameplay, and I thought after the Reaper bit it would be the end. I was waiting for "Congratulations!" all the way through that ending hour or two. I've recommended it for the adventure game page at the very least.

I can see why you would want Mardek 2 to get front page, and don't think your question should be considered "begging" at all. You must have put a ton of work into it, and it doesn't even have 20,000 views yet. It definitely deserves front page, and if Tom Fulp took suggestions, I would suggest it at once.

Yea u really cant suggest urself cuz they pick, but since mardek 1 was a front pager, then yea they'll most likely look at it cuz 1) its a high scorer 2) i think they always put something thats like a sequal or related to something they posted on the front page.
With the people who said they might have missed it, I dont think so because pretty much they know everything thats submitted and ive seen other works with super high score that recently came out, but no front page, then after a few days its on. Most likely its because other works are to be put on the front page first, so ur mardek rpg 2 will probably be on in a few days i dont but most likely it'll be on

I know I should tell this in a review, but I aéredy reviewed the Madrek 2, so I write it here: I found another annoying bug: the game often doesn't let me using skills like healing or water lungs, without any reason! This happens everywhere, not are-specific.

I know exactly how you feel :P.

You may or may not remember me reviewing the first chapter, but either way, I don't care if there's someone else making a kickass RPG xP, I really like this and I really can't wait for Chapter 3 :3.

By the way, today (11th), I'd only just noticed that you'd made Chapter 2, so yeah, maybe alot of people missed it, that might have something to do with it not being as popular as Chapter 1.

i was very disturbed not to see Mardek 2 on there.

im currently working on my file ;]

but with the mardek 2 issue about it not working on slower computers,

when you get your new computer [if you do[[i hope ya do i needa upgrade too XD]]] maybe post your comp specs in the description so that player know the minimum for the game to run smoothly.

but even with it running slowly i still reccomend playing it i gave you 10 stars and 5 outta 5

Since i can't post another review on Mardek 2 i was thinking of commenting on it here.

1)The difficulty was weird, the random battle monsters were "stronger" than the boss, i suggest lowering the dificulty of the random monsters or... increasing the dificulty of the bosses 0.o

2)The locksmith was the hardest of all boss battles, which is kinda werid because i grew up with the thought that the final boss should be the most difficult.

3)GREAT sense of humor

4)NO HEALING CRYSTALS B4 BOSS BATTLES, sad

5)You should put some merchants in the dungeons so we could by things instead of looking at our cash rising like nobodies' business, (which divided by zero = infinity)

Thats 'bout it but there is 1 last point i'd like to add...

THIS/THAT FLASH IS FREAKING AWESOME.

I personally have no idea how you get something featured on the front page, but let me be the first (or the twenty third, whatever) to tell you mardek 2 did deserve a place on the front page!
Most people that played Mardek 1 and like it will probably be able to find Mardek 2 though, especially considering those people are probably the ones browsing the adventure/rpg games.

I simply have no idea how anything gets to the front page. Most likely it's one of these things though:
1. after something passes judgement, the person who admits the flash to the portal (some guy who works for Tom) decides to show it to Tom and see what he thinks. If this were true, then Tom doesn't like RPGs.
2. Perhaps the flash must be a winner of a contest and Tom shows the best of the contest to front page.
3. Maybe the person who makes the flash must be well known especially to Tom. Meaning it's some guy who's made countless flashes that have incredible scores.
4. Personal Preferances. Actually I think this is the most likely. There were some great flashes about certain topics that Tom didn't like even though they had great flashes. ex. a flash called Bowser's Kingdom ep. 666 was entered for the Halloween contest. Tom said it was as good as the other winners, but wasn't one because it was Mario. Come on! Who doesn't love Mario

This needs to be frontpaged on google, yahoo, and msn.

Don't worry dude, we love your RPG game! But yeah, not all people who visit NG click to games section, I bet many of them only visit frontpage. But again, don't worry, it ll be showed in front page in no time since it s a great game. And you ve got supporters.

I'm not sure why this wasn't on front page either, it's certainly a few notches above the usual collection of worth flashes. Maybe it's just random, sometimes I see stuff more fitting of "turd of the week" on the front page, so it's not clear to me either.

oh well.....you did a really good job and you have alot of skill.....i really do hope you get front page soon :D theres lots of things i really dont believe that deserve to be on front page but thats just MY personal preferance....you gotta score big with tom or who ever els makes it so you get on front page
